Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
We offer partial COD: pay a small amount online to confirm your order and the balance on delivery.
Will I see a design preview before printing?
Yes. After you order, we send a free digital mock-up on WhatsApp/email. Printing starts only after you approve it.
Which file should I upload for my logo?
A high-resolution PNG, PDF, AI or SVG works best. If you only have a JPG or a photo, send it anyway and our team will check it.
What is the minimum order quantity?
T-shirts and hoodies start from 2 pieces; badges and caps start from 5. Larger quantities get lower per-piece prices.
Can I order different sizes in one order?
Yes. Choose the total quantity, then split it across sizes on the product page.
Do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is free on prepaid orders across India.
How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of design approval. Delivery usually takes 3–8 working days depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link by SMS, WhatsApp and email once your order ships. You can also use the Track Order page.
Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes, a GST invoice is shared with every order. Add your GSTIN at checkout.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right. See our refund policy for details.
